Duties of parents?

All praise is due to Allah: The lord of the worlds; The lord of the universe; We praise him, We seek his forgiveness and we ask him to guide us. Whoever Allah guides, None can lead astray and whoever he misguides, None can guide. There is no power and no strength except from Allah, The most high, Most great. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, nodai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Dear brother we have started this website with the sole intention of helping our brothers and sisters to understand the message of Allah, and this we do for the sake and pleasure of Allah. We do not want any name or fame, but what is our humble goal, is to try to make Allah’s Word supreme in this world. Dear brother, As a Muslim, it is important to understand the significance and responsibility of the parenting role, the importance of preparing the children for hereafter and the obligation of protecting them from hellfire. Allah says in the glorious Quran:

O ye who believe! Save yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is Men and Stones, over which are (appointed) angels stern (and) severe, who flinch not (from executing) the Commands they receive from Allah, but do (precisely) what they are commanded. Quran[66:6]

Narrated Abdullah bin 'Umar: I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "Everyone of you is a guardian, and responsible for what is in his custody. The ruler is a guardian of his subjects and responsible for them; a husband is a guardian of his family and is responsible for it; a lady is a guardian of her husband's house and is responsible for it, and a servant is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible for it." I heard that from Allah's Apostle and I think that the Prophet also said, "A man is a guardian of is father's property and is responsible for it, so all of you are guardians and responsible for your wards and things under your care." SAHIH AL-BUKHARI [VOL:3, BOOK:41, HADITH: 592]

The upbringing of a Muslim child should be the life-long mission of every God-Fearing parent; and if every believing parent fulfills his role in this duty, then ‘Insha-Allah’ the next generation of muslims will not suffer the humility and degradation that our generation has suffered at the hands of the disbelievers.

Some of the many duties of the believing parents towards their child are mentioned below:

1) One should respect and honor the child and should always avoid disrespecting them.

2) One should cherish & nurture the child with utmost care and affection.

3) One should teach the child the good manners and should provide them the best education both of Islam and the world.

4) Encourage and help them learn and practice the religion “al- Islam”.

5) Make them understand the value of being truthful and honest.

6) Make them understand their relation with Allah and his prophet (pbuh).

7) Be righteous & god fearing yourself ‘inshallah’ your child will follow the path.

8) One of the fundamental concept of parent is that the children’s are the test from Allah and parents will be held accountable on the day of judgment about their upbringing of the child that Allah gave them.

9) Teach them kindness, respect and obedience towards parents.

10) Teach the establishment of prayer, on time in correct manner.

11) Enjoining them what is right and forbidding what is wrong.

12) Make their attachment with Quran and Sunnah.

13) Make them self confident, motivated, responsible, persistent, hard working, capable, skillful, content, satisfied, honest, trustworthy, courageous, and a leader.

14) Nurture iman in the children, ibn al qayyim says that iman is composed of following components:

a) Having the knowledge of what prophet(pbuh) taught.

b) Having complete and firm belief in what prophet (pbuh) brought.

c) Verbally professing ones belief in what he brought.

d) Submitting to what he brought out of love and humility.

e) Acting in accord with what prophet(pbuh ) brought, both inwardly and outwardly.

If we will not fulfill this role then definitely Allah does not need any one, He will destroy us and will bring a new generation who will love Allah and honor his commandments, and allah will love them. thus We pray to Allah to guide us to the right path and help us to honor your commandments and the role of parenting. Help us to bring up our Children according to your will, help us to transform them into your true slaves, so that you will be happy with us .

Allah Says in the glorious Quran: O ye who believe! If any from among you turn back from his faith, soon will Allah produce a people whom He will love, and they will love Him; humble with the believers and mighty against the rejecters; fighting in the way of Allah, and never afraid of the reproaches of such as find fault. That is the Grace of Allah, which He will bestow on whom He Pleaseth: and Allah Encompasseth all, and He Knoweth all things. QURAN[5:54] And Allah alone knows the best. I ask Allah to make this a sincere effort, seeking his pleasure, and I ask him to grant us refuge in him from the evils within ourselves, and that in our deeds. I ask him to grant us success in achieving whatever pleases him; And May Allah Shower His blessings and mercy upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), his family and his Companions and on all those who follow him until the final hour. What is the limit of oral sex?

ﺑﺴﻢ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ All praise is due to Allah: The lord of the worlds; The lord of the universe; We praise him, We seek his forgiveness and we ask him to guide us.

Narrated An-Nu'man bin Bashir: The Prophet said "Both legal and illegal things are obvious, and in between them are (suspicious) doubtful matters. So who-ever forsakes those doubtful things lest he may commit a sin, will definitely avoid what is clearly illegal; and who-ever indulges in these (suspicious) doubtful things bravely, is likely to commit what is clearly illegal. Sins are Allah's Hima (i.e. private pasture) and whoever pastures (his sheep) near it, is likely to get in it at any moment." SAHIH AL-BUKHARI[VOL:3, BOOK:34, HADITH:267]

Oral sex means: where by one touches ones spouses private part with ones mouth.

There is absolutely no mention of ‘oral sex’ being legal or forbidden either in Quran or in hadith. However Islamic scholars have given their opinion against the ‘oral sex’, according to their opinion this act is impure and is more close to haram than to halhaal. And mouth is a place from where Quran or other Dhikr are recited must not be used to touch such unclean places.

Allah Says in the glorious Quran: Those who follow the Messenger, the ‘Ummi’ (unlettered) Prophet (Mohammed (saws)) whom they find mentioned in their own (Scriptures); in the Law and the Gospel; for he (Prophet Mohamed (saws)) commands them what is just and forbids them what is evil:he allows them as lawful what is ‘tayyibaat’ (good and pure) and prohibits them from what is ‘Khabaayith’ (bad, evil and impure); He releases them from their heavy burdens and from the yokes that are upon them. So it is those who believe in him, honor him, help him, and follow the Light which is sent down with him: it is they who will prosper."QURAN [7:157]

Thus getting involved in oral sex is per se impure acts. A believer should fear Allah and should abstain from this act.

What is the limit of oral sex?
A believer should avoid and abstain from getting involved in the act of oral sex. Oral sex is ‘Khabaaith’ (impure), and is unnatural, unhealthy, unhygienic, and unclean, and thus in its essence closer to the unlawful than the lawful in Islam.and it is also a doubtful matter.

…he allows them as lawful what is ‘tayyibaat’ (good and pure) and prohibits them from what is ‘Khabaayith’ (bad, evil and impure);… QURAN [7:157]

Will it be oral sex if husband and wife kiss, lick, suck one another's private part but not ejaculate in mouth?
Dear brother, if one touches or kisses or licks, or sucks ones spouses private part with ones mouth, then one is involved in the act called ‘oral sex’. And Allah alone knows the best.

Ill effects of porn addiction or porn?

Today internet offers many services which are very useful to the human civilization, be it encyclopedia, e-mail, e-shopping, etc but despite many useful services no one can deny that it too offers some evil services which are considered dangerous to the human civilization by all religions and one of these evil service is pornography. There are around 420 million pornographic WebPages, which include both paid and free porn content.
We after deep research found these ill effects of porn addiction or porn:
1. Majority of the porn addicts experience difficulty in their personal and social life as they isolate themselves to continue fueling their addiction.
2. Anti-pornography activist, Gail Dines, notes that young men who become addicted to porn neglect their schoolwork, spend huge amount of money they don’t have, become isolated from others and often suffer depression. Dr. william strutem(phd in biopsychology from university of Illinois at Chicago) adds some more. Men using porn becomes highly intolerant, have high anxiety, narcissistic, curious, have low self esteem, depressed, dissociative, distractible.
3. One turns to frequent masturbation.
4. Ironically while viewing porn, it creates momentarily intense pleasurable experience, it ends up leading to several negative lingering psychological experience.
5. As men fall deeper into the mental habit of seeing porn, the exposure to it creates neural pathways, so through these path ways the erotic becomes easy next time as any material is viewed or as any thought of it goes through one’s mind, and as one continue to view, these neural paths become wider and clear and finally becomes an automatic pathway.
6. In married life it makes the real sexual relation with your spouse and the real world boring, thus creates differences in ones relationship in the real world.
7. Porn keeps one’s mind busy with it, which in turn decreases your productivity at work place or at school and you start losing your memory and interest. And Allah alone knows the best.

what is the timing of EID prayers ?

Brother as we see that people set different timing for the eid prayer, which really is confusing, so I want to know the timing of eid prayer?

    Answer:

The time for salatul eid begins from the time the sun is three meters above the horizon until the sun reaches its meridian.

Ahmad ibn Hassan al-Bana' records that Jundub said: "The Prophet prayed the 'idul fitr prayer while the sun was [approximately] six meters above the horizon and the 'id of the sacrifice while the sun was three meters above the horizon."

Ibn Qudamah says: "It is a sunnah to pray salatul azha early in order to allow more time for the people to perform the sacrifice, and the salatul fitr is to be delayed in order to give people time to pay zakat al-Fitr. And their is no difference of opinion on this point." And Allah alone knows the best.

Making up the missed sunnah of zuhr

Agar kisi aadmi ne jaldi mai zuhar ki nimaz mai pehle 4 rakaat faraz padhey to pehle 4 rakaate sunah hai wo kab padhey.

    Answer:

    Fiqh-us-Sunnah Volume 2, Page 9:
'Aishah reports that if the Prophet missed the four rak'at before zuhr, he would pray them afterward. This is related by at-Tirmizhi who calls it hasan ghareeb. Ibn Majah records that she said: "If the Prophet missed the four rak'at before zuhr, he would pray them following the two rak'at after zuhr."

The preceding is concerned with making up the sunnah prayers that one is to pray before zuhr. Concerning making up the two rak'at after zuhr, we have the following reports as recorded by Ahmad.

Umm Salamah says: "The Prophet prayed zuhr and then he received some wealth and he sat to distribute it [and continued to do so] until the mu'azhzhin made the azhan for 'asr. He prayed 'asr and came to me, as it was my day, and he prayed two quick rak'at. I said: 'What are those two rak'at, O Messenger of Allah? Have you been ordered to perform them?' He said: 'No, they are the two rak'at that I perform after zuhr but I was busy distributing this wealth until the azhan was made for 'asr and I hated to miss them.'" This is related by al-Bukhari, Muslim, and by Abu Dawud in somewhat different wording.

Thus from the above guidance of our beloved prophet Mohammad(pbuh)., if a believer misses the four sunnah rakahs before zuhar, he can offer them later (either immediately or at any time )following the two rak'at after zuhr. And Allah alone knows the best.

A/A dear brother when we have a miscarried fetus/ Aborted Child, have we to offer Funeral Prayer for it? jazakala

    Answer:

The majority of jurists are in agreement on this point. A miscarried fetus, less than four months old, may not be washed, nor may a funeral prayer be offered for it. It should be wrapped in a piece of cloth and buried.

On the other hand, if a miscarried fetus is four months old or older, and the existence of life in it is established, then there is a consensus that it should be washed and a funeral prayer offered for it. But if its life is not established by its movements or other evidence, then according to Malik, Al-Awza'i, AlHasan, and the Hanafi school, funeral prayer may not be offered for it. And Allah alone knows the best.

As it is not allowed to pray alone After First Queue behind an Imaam..now when first queue is complete and someone comes late ,what should he do now...is there any special method to take any person from first queue?

    Answer:

If someone comes to the row and does not find sufficient space or a gap to stand in the row, then, according to some, he should stand by himself and it is disliked that he should pull anyone back from the row (because it may disturb any believer in the prayer). Others say that he should pull one, who is aware of the ruling, back from the row after they have performed the opening takbir, and it is preferred for the one who is pulled to join him. thus there is a difference of thought in this matter among the scholars, and According to the majority, If a person prays behind the rows by himself, his salah will be valid but disliked.

You can pull believers in the center of row to join you. And Allah alone knows the best.

What is Zakat ul-fitr? What is its purpose, who must pay, when to give, whome to give?

    Answer:

Zakat ul-fitr is a type of sadaqah which must be paid by every Muslim, young and old, male and female, free and slave, at the end of the month of fasting (Ramadan).

Al-Bukhari and Muslim relate from Ibn 'Umar that he said: "The Prophet, upon whom be peace, enjoined the payment of one sa' of dates or one sa' of barley as zakat ul-fitr on every Muslim, young and old, male and female, free and slave."

    The Purpose of Zakat ul-Fitr

Zakat ul-fitr was made obligatory in the month of Sha'ban in the second year of the hijrah. Its purpose is to purify one who fasts from any indecent act or speech and to help the poor and needy. This view is based upon the hadith reported by Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah, and ad-Daraqutni from Ibn 'Abbas.

The Messenger of Allah, upon whom be peace, enjoined zakat ul-fitr on the one who fasts to shield one's self from any indecent act or speech and for the purpose of providing food for the needy. It is accepted as zakah for the person who pays it before the 'id salah, and it is sadaqah for the one who pays it after the salah.

    Who Must Pay Zakat ul-Fitr

Zakat ul-fitr is incumbent on every free Muslim who possesses one sa' of dates or barley which is not needed as a basic food for himself or his family for the duration of one day and night. Every free Muslim must pay zakat ul-fitr for himself, his wife, children, and servants

    When Zakat ul-Fitr is Due

The jurists agree that zakat ul-fitr is due at the end of Ramadan. They differ, however, about. However Most scholars believe that it is permissible to pay zakat ul-fitr a day or two before 'id the exact time.

    Whom to give

The kin are considered the most deserving people for the sadaqah gift because of the common blood relationship. When a man is in need and some of his relatives are rich, naturally he looks to them for help because they are of one family. Also, it is natural for a man to feel more sympathy and pain with his hard-pressed and needy relatives than with strangers. He is humiliated by their degradation and elevated by their honor. Therefore, any well-to-do person who cuts off his kin from assistance and lives in luxury while his relatives are in a state of misery is devoid of natural feeling or lacks belief and is far away from goodness or piety. On the other hand, for one who maintains close links with his kin, his sustenance is assured and his relationship is of beneficence to his kin. Others who are also eligible are: Orphans, The Needy, Wayfarere, Beggars, Slaves. And Allah alone knows the best.

What is the difference between Usher and Zakaat and what r the conditions under which these two become compulsory upon a man or woman?

    Answer:

    ZAKAH

Zakah or alms tax can be defined as that portion of a man's wealth which is designated for the poor. The term is derived from the Arabic verbal root meaning "to increase." "to purify," and "to bless." It find its origin in Allah's command to:

"Take sadaqah (charity) from their property in order to purify and sanctify them" [9:103].

That is why this kind of sadaqah is called zakah, for by paying it, one is aspiring to attain blessing, purification, and the cultivation of good deeds.

In the early days of Islam at Makkah, no limit or restriction was placed on the amount to be donated, for that decision was left to the individual Muslim's conscience and generosity. In the second year of hijrah, according to the widely known authorities, both the type and the quantity of zakah revenues were determined, and detailed illustrations were provided.

There is different percentage for various things, but the standard rate of zakah, and this is undisputed in any faction of Islam, is 2.5%. This 2.5% zakat is to be paid on the net worth of an individual after that amount has been with you for one full year. Zakat is due only on the extra wealth that one has accumulated, minus the debts.

    USHER ZAKAH

Allah has made zakah obligatory on plants and fruit, for He says:

"O you who believe! Spend of the good things which you have earned, and of that which We bring forth from the earth" [2: 267].

Zakah is called expenditure (nafaqah). Giving the justification for paying zakah on produce, Allah says:

"He it is who produces gardens trellised and untrellised, and the date palm and the crops of diverse flavors, and the olive, and the pomegranate, like and unlike. Eat of the fruit thereof when it produces fruit, and pay its due upon the harvest day" [alAn'am 141].

In his explanation of the word haqq (due) in the preceding 'ayah, Ibn 'Abbas says that by haqq is meant both the obligatory zakah and the 'ushr (tithe or 1/10 or 10%) and the half-tithe(1/5 or 5%).

Thus usher is paid on the things that are produced like, fruits, crops etc. and we do not have to wait for full year like that of general zakah but this zakah is given immediately after production of crops, fruits etc.

Malik said, "Mines are dealt with like crops, and the same procedure is applied to both. Zakat is deducted from what comes out of a mine on the day it comes out, without waiting for a year, just as a tenth(10%) is taken from a crop at the time it is harvested, without waiting for a year to elapse over it." MALIK MUWATTA[book:17, Hadith: 17.3.8]

If the land is irrigated by rain or natural water channels or if the land is wet due to a near by water channel then we have to pay 10% as zakah. However if land irrigated by the well then we have to pay 5% as zakah.

Narrated Salim bin 'Abdullah from his father: The Prophet said, "On a land irrigated by rain water or by natural water channels or if the land is wet due to a near by water channel Ushr (i.e. one-tenth) is compulsory (as Zakat); and on the land irrigated by the well, half of an Ushr (i.e. one-twentieth) is compulsory (as Zakat on the yield of the land)." BUKHARI[vol.:2, book:24, Hadith:560]

what r the conditions under which these two become compulsory upon a man or woman?

If the total net worth of any believer (man, woman, or child) is more than the prescribed ‘nisaab’ of 7.5 ‘tolas’ of gold (app. 85 grams or app. Value US$2,500.00), then the person is liable to pay the obligatory annual ‘zakah’ of 2.5% on their excess wealth which has been in their possession for a full calendar year.

To determine ‘zakah’, the ‘Net Excess Assets’ would be the current market value of all of one’s assets (properties, investments, jewelry, cash, etc.) except: Value of house actually one lives in, value of car one uses regularly, value of the furniture and fixtures one uses on a regular basis.

Zakatable asset = total excess net worth at the end of a lunar year -(minus) outstanding liabilities or loans

    Zakat=2.50% (zakatable asset).

ushr becomes obligatory when a beliver has land that produces fruits, crops etc. And Allah alone knows the best.

hello sir, first thanks for your kind service towards us, I’m a restaurant owner & I want to know can I keep my restaurant open while ramdan, as many imams of the locality had told me to keep it close, I want your suggestion, & also I want to know your name?

    Answer:

There is nothing in shariah which prohibits any believer from serving/selling food to any one(Muslim/ non-Muslim) who is not fasting. So Islam doesn’t snatch your right for trade while Ramadan and you are well with in your right to have your restaurant open and there is absolutely no harm in it. And Allah alone knows the best.

A/A I am from Indian occupied Kashmir, can I serve food to any ill person in my family while I’m fasting, as I have heard that it is prohibited for a person who is fasting to serve food to any one who is not fasting, if it is true then how can I serve my old father who is unable to fast due to illness, jazakalla?

    Answer:

Ramadan is the (month) in which was sent down the Qur'an as a guide to mankind also clear (Signs) for guidance and judgment (between right and wrong). So everyone of you (believers) who is present (or witnesses) the month should spend it in fasting but if anyone is ill or on a journey the prescribed period (should be made up) by days later. Allah intends every facility for you He does not want to put you to difficulties. (He wants you) to complete the prescribed period and to glorify Him in that He has guided you; and perchance ye shall be grateful. QURAN[2:185]

Dear sister it is a lie that you can not serve food to those who are not fasting, shariah has neither set any restriction nor is there any harm in serving food to those who are not fasting, while fasting hours. And Allah alone knows the best.

Can one give zakat to his close relatives like married sister, a married brother who lives separate?

    Answer:

The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: "Charity for the poor is rewarded as one good deed; but in the case of a relative it is considered as two: [one reward for helping] blood ties, and [the other reward for] the charity [itself]." Related by Ahmad, an-Nasa'i, and at-Tirmidhi.

Thus from the above guidance of prophet Mohammad(pbuh) it is clear that giving zakat to the relatives earns double reward, so if ones sister or brother are poor & needy then they have bigger right to receive the ‘zakat’ from her brother than anyone else.

All those who are not the direct responsibility of the person can receive zakat. The people who are directly under ones responsibility are normally one’s parents, grand-parents, great grand-parents, etc., and wives, and children, grand-children, great grand-children, etc. And Allah alone knows the best.

If imaam is in Fajar prayer and someone comes late, can he first offer sunnat two rakaat first and then join the Imaam?

    Answer:

Dear brother if a believer enters into the masjid and finds that the congregation has already started, then he should immediately join the congregation, because in Islam obligatory(fard) prayer takes precedence over voluntary (sunnah ) prayer.

How ever if a believer has started his Sunnah prayer and he fears that he may miss some portion of fard prayer then he should leave his Sunnah prayer & should join congregation and there will be absolutely no harm in leaving sunnah prayer for fard prayer.

In fajar prayer the believer can offer his missed Sunnah prayer after the prohibited time (zawal time).

Narrated Abu Said Al Khudri: I heard Allah's Messenger (pbuh) saying, "There is no prayer after fajr prayer till the sun rises, and there is no prayer after the Asr prayer till the sun sets." [Sahih Al-Bukhari Vol.1 Hadith No.586]
And Allah alone knows the best.

We forget the little bit of knowledge of Islaam we possess as we don't find its practiccal application in current society, your suggestion, solution and guidance in this regard?

    Answer:

Dear brother islam is not merely an ideological vision but it is a pratical system of life, it covers the material as well as spiritual aspect of life. Islam satisfies the mans bodly and spiritual needs in equilibrum. Islam refuses that one aspect be given precedence over the other. Islam does not conflict with the man’s intellect or logic.

“…This day have I perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion.” QURAN[5:3]

Islam is perfect in every aspect or in every sphere be it social, political, economic, spiritual etc. In social aspect islam proceds to achive equilibrum between the needs of individual & those of the community. There is no superior or inferior in the islamic community and all are equal. Islam has its own economic system whereby economic equilibrum is kept in the society.

Dear brother since you have not mentioned any aspect where islam seems to you, is not pratical, so that I would had concentrated on that aspect, Still I want to assure you that islam was perfect and pratical in the past, is in present and will be inshaallah in future. And Allah alone knows the best.

Should we vote in elections or not as we belong to an enslaved nation where the brutality of Forces have crossed the limits?

    Answer:

If you are living in a Muslim country then you must vote to the party or person whose mandate is to establish ‘sharia’ and should not vote to the person whose mandate is secular and against the ‘sharia’.

But if you are living in a non-Muslim country then you may vote to a person (be he Muslim or non-Muslim) whose mandate is closest to Islam.

Regarding your question, if you find any party that can make your condition better & will fight for your rights, and for your liberation, then you can vote for that party, but if there is no such party and all had joined hands to suppress you then you should not vote, and all The believers should get united and should use all their resources to make their collective voice louder & heard for their rights, liberation and upliftment of Muslim community. And Allah alone knows the best.

A/A brother, first I want to thank you for your effort & may Allah reward you with the best , I had recently married, & I want to know can I play with & masturbate my husband’s private organ?

    Answer:

    Thank you sister for your kind words;
Allah Says in the Holy Quran:

Your wives are as a tilth unto you; so approach your tilth when or how ye will. Quran[2:223]

Allah says in the Qur'an, "They (your wives) are your garments. And you are their garments." Quran[2: 187]

Abu Dhar al-Ghafari reported: ‘The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: “there is a reward for you [even] in sex with your wife."’ The companions asked: ‘O Messenger of Allah (saws) is there a reward if one satisfies his passion?" He (saws) said: "Do you know that if he satisfies it unlawfully he has taken a sin upon himself? Likewise, if he satisfies it lawfully, he is rewarded." Related by Ahmad and Muslim.

Islam has allowed the husband and the wife every possible liberty to enjoy conjugal relations with each other, except three:

    1. It is strictly prohibited to have sexual intercourse with one’s wife during her period of menstruation.

    2. It is strictly prohibited to enter the woman through her anus.

    3. Oral sex

Other than the above three restrictions, one may enjoy conjugal relations with one’s wife/husband any place, any time, and any how their heart’s desire.
If ones wife wants to play with the private parts of her husband or wants to masturbate private parts of her husband there is absolutely no harm and no restriction in Shariah. And Allah alone knows the best.

Assalamu Alaikum:Is it genuine to use loud speakers especially early morning before Fajar prayer for reciting Dai Suboh(in which there are praises of Allah)?

    Answer:

There is absolutely no harm in using loud speakers in masjids (particularly for adan), but regarding the second part of your question a believer can praise his lord when ever he wishes and if a believer wishes to praise his lord before the morning prayers there is absolutely no harm.

But if the believers select a particular time to praise their lord on the loud speakers to seek the pleasure of Allah, & naming it as ‘dua subha’ is nothing but an innovation in the pure deen of Islam, and There is absolutely no evidence in the authentic and established Sunnah that the prophet Mohammad (pbuh) or his noble companions ever did or commanded to recite ‘dua subha’ before Morning Prayer or any other time.

Thus ‘dua subha’ is an innovation and every single innovation in the pure and perfect deen of Islam is an error, a sin, and every error leads to hell fire.

Narrated by Ali ibn AbuTalib That the Prophet of Allah (saws) said: “If anyone introduces an innovation (in religion), he will be responsible for it. If anyone introduces an innovation or gives shelter to a man who introduces an innovation (in religion), he is cursed by Allah, by His Angels, and by all the people.” Sunan of Abu-Dawood [Hadith 4515]

Narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah That the Prophet of Allah (saws) said in a sermon: “The best speech is that which is embodied in the Book of Allah, the Al Quran; and the best guidance is the guidance given by me, Mohamed (saws). The most evil affairs are the innovations, and every innovation is an error.” Sahih Muslim [ 1885]

Thus the believers should fear Allah and absolutely abstain from this and all other innovations which have unfortunately crept into the pure and perfect deen of Islam. And Allah alone knows the best.
